Amazon Opens New Delivery Station in Billings, Montana
On March 10, Amazon officially launched a new delivery station in Billings, Montana. Located at 6767 Tun Tavern Road, the 39,000-square-foot facility represents a $23 million investment. Since its trial operation last fall, the station has covered logistics needs within a one-hour radius of Billings, processing an average of 10,000 packages daily.

This marks Amazon’s second delivery station in Montana, following the first station that opened in Missoula in early 2024. The new facility is currently staffed with a team of approximately 40 drivers. While it does not yet offer same-day delivery, its localized network is expected to significantly reduce shipping times. Since 2010, Amazon has invested over $110 million in Montana, supporting infrastructure, employee wages, and ongoing economic growth in the region.
